- Getting familiarized with Tripathon booking system
- Getting familiarized with suppliers’ systems
- Preparing group requests for more than 9 individuals
- Preparing packages for group or individual requests
- Assisting agencies with any special requests they may need on condition they have a hotel
reservation with us. (Concert tickets; restaurant reservations; team building activities,
etc…) - Preparing new packages templates for new and/or already selling destinations
- Keeping tuned to what the market is selling
- Comparing offers with online rates
- Comparing offers provided by different sources and selecting the best option
- Negotiating with hotels/suppliers for better deals
- Following up on all confirmed requests and updating the agencies frequently
- Following up on non-confirmed requests and keeping records of the reasons
- Updating the groups & packages monthly report excel sheet
- Seeking new suppliers (especially private guides and drivers /car companies)
- Coordinating issues with other departments in company (sales, tariff, packages, accounts)
- Actively participating in company’s team meetings
- Getting invloved in different projects to support the team
