Consult with clients to understand their actual needs and come up with the most suitable solutions, through:

• Identifying training and development needs for companies from various industries and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with department’s heads and unit managers.

• Analyzing and identifying organizational needs and developing strategies to address learning, development and cultural needs.

• Working with the client’s HR team in identifying opportunities to improve performance and capability across the business via people asset reviews, talent mapping, succession planning and supporting the performance management process.

• Identifying gaps and formulating annual plans for training to best align people to the strategic intent of the business and that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.

• Act as an advisor to Client’s L&D team & line managers across the business in all areas of training and development.

• Work closely with all leadership to ensure onboarding journeys are personal, tailored, and effective.

• Work with leaders across the organization to identify actionable steps and leadership commitment for training programs.

• Works with leaders to identify pre and post measurements needed for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and ROI on major learning initiatives. Provide reporting and analysis on training reporting available through LMS.

• Having strong awareness & analysis of the allocated budget and customizing solutions that are aligned with it.

• Partnering with the instructional design team to design/curate innovative learning solutions, to achieve client’s set learning plan.

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.

• Proven experience as an L&D specialist, Training specialist or similar role.

• Embracing different styles of training techniques/effective learning & development methods.

• The ability to work with, build rapport and influence Managers/employees at all levels.

• Ability to design, develop and execute engagement strategies/techniques as part of learning and development to promote the company’s culture in achieving business results.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.

• Experience in project management and budgeting.

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English both written and verbal; sharp business acumen.

• Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus.

• Demonstrates innovative and modern methods of learning and coaching.

• Has a positive and collaborative style and displays a strong moral compass.
